1. By reading these terms and conditions I ( the client) agree to a legally binding contract with the agency (Mallorca nannies)
2. To enable booking of a nanny the client must pay a non-refundable deposit to hold the booking. Only refundable in the highly unlikely event that the agency can’t replace the nanny in the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the nanny being unable to commence with the booking.
3. The client is to pay the nanny in cash at the end of each shift unless weekly is arranged before hand.
4. Nannies introduced to the client by the agency (Mallorca Nannies) are to only go through the agency when being booked and not make private arrangements with the client for the current or any future booking. Any recommendations by currant clients must go through the agency also. The result of this will lead to the nanny not being used by the agency again. Remember it’s a small island.
5. Nannies are introduced to the client as an introductory service provided by the agency and therefore the agency takes no responsibility or liability for any mishaps that take place with the result of the introduction.
